VP of Lending

As the VP of Lending at LOYALTY Credit Union, you will play a critically important role as part of our leadership team, crafting and executing a progressive lending strategy that promotes credit union growth. The VP of Lending is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to lead and develop – themself, others, and the credit union. The VP of Lending will direct and manage all aspects of lending operations, including consumer and mortgage lending, commercial loan programs, and collections. They will also be responsible for the related risk management of lending programs.

The VP of Lending is responsible for directing activities of the functions they oversee and working collaboratively with other teams. At LOYALTY, our leaders have a responsibility for coordinating the planning and budgeting for all reporting departments and managing the performance of staff, as well as playing a key role in the advancement of the Strategic Plan and promotion of the credit union's core values.

Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Lending will have a direct impact on the strategic direction of the credit union, helping LOYALTY fulfill its mission of serving underserved communities throughout its field of membership by offering diverse lending products, underwriting, and initiatives. Loan Call Center Representative

Location: Pensacola

Responsible for assisting members with processing internet, phone, and email loan application requests and maintenance of accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Interviews members to ascertain their specific financial needs and any other circumstances

  • Gathers necessary documentation to support applications

  • Provides lending authority and presents loan applications for more than his/her lending authority for approvals or denials as determined by Management

  • Maintains proficiency of membership and loan application systems

  • Opens new accounts when loan applications are processed via the mail, internet, phone, or email and responds to calls and emails from existing member loan accounts

  • Closes loans and cross sells all credit union products/services

  • Coordinates scheduled closings at all branches when unable to close by e-signature

  • Continually reviews loan policy to be familiar with all loan guidelines and regulations

  • Employee’s responsibilities regarding BSA – OFAC – AML – CTR laws, rules, and regulations:

    • Attain and maintain acceptable level of knowledge of laws, rules and regulations including all updates and changes

    • Complete and accurately submit all necessary forms required by the laws, rules, and regulations

    • Complete all steps required in laws, rules, and regulations

  • All other duties assigned by Management


Member Service Representative I (Teller)

Location: Tallahassee

Responsible for accurately and promptly assisting members, maintaining good member relations, and handling all monetary transactions in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists members with opening and closing accounts, processes transactions, and addresses and resolves member problems, inquiries, or complaints.

    Refers problems to supervisor as needed, along with recommendations for resolution.

  • Identifies opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services to members.

  • Confers with members by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services.

  • Maintains accurate member account information on computer system and prepares required reports for management.

  • Acts as liaison between members and various departments.

  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.


Part-Time Member Service Representative I (Teller)

Location: Crawfordville
