Registration Process

Members will need to register their accounts in the online banking platform. Register your account from your personal computer or smart device.

Members will register their accounts in online banking using personal information such as the last 4 digits of their Social Security Number and date of birth. Each member will create a username and password.

Steps to Make Your Registration Easier

  1. Confirm we have your current phone number, home address, and email address on file.

  2. Update your web browser to the most current version or install the app on your phone or tablet.

  3. Check the emails we send you and the LOYALTY CU website at loyaltycu.org/online-services for the latest information and updates on E-Branch.

Registration Instructions

Just click “Register” to begin.

Step 1:

Establish identity by entering your account number, last 4 of SSN, email address and date of birth.

Step 2:

Enter the verification code you receive by email or text.

Step 3:

Enter your chosen username and password.

Click on “View Requirements” to see more information about your password.

Step 4:

You will see this confirmation screen upon completing the registration.

Step 5:

Return to login screen and enter your username and password you created.

Before you can log into online or mobile banking, we need to send you a verification code to register your device. Please make sure noreply@online.loyaltycu.org is set as a trusted sender in your email client. This will ensure your confirmation email doesn’t go into your spam folder. Once you receive the email or text, it’s as easy as entering the code and logging into E-Branch.

Step 6:

Enter the verification code sent to you by email or text.
Be sure to select “This is a trusted device.” if you would like the device to be remembered or if you will use fingerprint or face recognition on this device.
